Sammy Smith and Taylor Gray confronted one another after colliding on the final lap of Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Martinsville Speedway . Heading into the final lap, the pair sat first and second in Martinsville, with Gray taking the lead into turn one. However, with just one turn left of the race, Smith collided with the backend of Gray's car, spinning the latter into the wall.
Smith himself was then span out immediately after when Justin Allgaier was driven into by Austin Hill - the knock-on effect being Allgaier drove into Smith, clearing the way for Hill to claim victory in dramatic fashion.
