Mary W. Frattallone OBITUARY Mary (Wallace) Frattallone, 95, a 51-year resident of South Windsor, loving wife of the late Pasquale V. Frattallone, passed away, at home, on Friday, March 21, 2025.
Mary was born on January 10, 1930, in Northampton, Massachusetts, one of two children of the late Joseph and O’Rena Wallace. She was a graduate of East Hampton High School in Massachusetts and later earned her degree in Fashion Illustration from the Hartford School of Art, now the University of Hartford. Mary began her working career in the Advertising Department for the Wise & Smith Department Store and continued working for Lord & Taylor in West Hartford.
She then was employed with Hartford National Bank for nine years where she met the love of her life, Pasquale. They were married on June 30, 1963, and began their life adventures together. Mary later worked at Copaco and Waldbaum stores in Bloomfield.
Mary was a longtime member of St. Junipero Serra Parish, attending St. Francis of Assisi Church in South Windsor.
She loved to spend time at their vacation home on Cape Cod and take yearly family trips to Florida. Mary’s greatest joy by far was being a wife, mother and grandmother. Mary is survived by her two children, her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Allan Rothenberg of West Hartford and her son, Guy Frattallone of South Windsor.
She is also survived by her two cherished granddaughters, Alicia Rothenberg of Milwaukee, WI and Erica Rothenberg of Washington, DC, and several .
