Daughter of filmmaker Ravi Tandon, Raveena made her acting debut in 1991 with and showcased her impeccable talent in films like and many more. Interestingly, Raveena was the first Indian actress to have a destination wedding, and it was nothing short of a grand celebration. The couple exchanged vows at the magnificent Jag Mandir Palace, located on an island in Lake Pichola, Udaipur, Rajasthan. For her D-day, Raveen Tandon customised her mother Veena Tandon’s 35-year-old wedding saree.

She got it revamped into a stunning wedding lehenga, featuring golden threadwork and heavy zardozi work. She complemented her look with royal accessories, including gold bangles, bright red chooda and kaleeras. Raveena’s dreamy Rajasthani wedding was a spectacle of vibrant tradition and opulent grandeur.
