Shuvee Etrata and Bianca De Vera opened up about getting "starlet" comments from bashers online on Tuesday's episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition." The housemates were tasked to share the most hurtful bashing they encountered online. Shuvee recalled how people call her "Starlet ng Kamuning.
" "Parang 'yung 'Starlet ng Kamuning' parang nasasaktan ako for GMA kasi nasa-shock din ako sa ABS-CBN, guys, nakakabasa rin pala kayo ng ganito." In the confession room, Shuvee admitted that she gets hurt with the said sentiment. "Masakit din na sinasabihan ka nila nang ganoon pero ginagawa mo 'yung best mo," she said.
But the beauty queen said she is grateful for GMA's trust over her talents. "GMA believed in me and that is enough for me to show to everybody what I'm capable of," she said. Bianca De Vera, who also received similar remarks like "Starlet ng Ignacia," shared the same sentiments.
"I feel like I'm blessed enough to be given the right projects, kaya feeling ko kaya nasasabi rin 'to kasi they feel like I'm not deserving of the roles that I'm given," she said. "Ewan ko.
