Wednesday, March 19, 2025 Belarus launches a revolutionary e-visa system on E-Pasluga starting 20 March enabling fast secure and seamless digital entry for international travelers. Belarus Launches E-Visa Service on E-Pasluga Website for Non-Residents Starting 20 March Belarus is set to introduce an e-visa system through the E-Pasluga website beginning 20 March , as announced by Svetlana Karanevich , head of the e-commerce department at the National Center for Electronic Services (NCES) . The initiative, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , aims to streamline the visa application process for non-residents traveling to the Republic of Belarus .

Seamless Online Application and Verification The e-visa service will be accessible through non-strict authentication , allowing applicants to log in via a username and password or through external authentication services such as Google and Apple . Upon successful application, travelers will receive a digital visa confirmation in PDF format, in compliance with Belarusian visa regulations . For verification purposes , applicants must scan the QR code of their e-visa using the E-Pasluga mobile app , ensuring a secure and efficient entry process .



Regulatory Changes and Expansion of E-Services The amendments to Belarusian visa regulations will officially take effect on 20 March 2025 , as per Resolution No. 953 of the Council of Ministers , which revises Resolution No. 1065 of 15 July 2010 .
