Air Premia , the South Korean "hybrid airline," has unveiled major changes to its US network in 2025, focusing on expanding services to Los Angeles while reducing other routes. Increased flights to Los Angeles: More flexibility for travelers An important change to Air Premia's updated US network is the expansion of flights between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN). Aeroroutes information shows that the airline will increase its weekly frequency from seven to 10 flights as of March 30, 2025.
Air Premia has chosen to gradually increase its flights, starting with three additional weekly flights for the peak summer travel period. The expansion will begin with an increase to 10 weekly flights in late May, continuing through June and July, according to aviation analytics company Cirium . The frequency will then grow to daily flights by August 1, 2025.
The increased frequency will offer travelers more flexibility, with daily flights operated by Air Premia's Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, known for their fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. These aircraft are well-suited for long-haul flights and will offer a modern flying experience for travelers. The decision to expand further to daily flights by August will provide passengers with an even broader array of departure options, ensuring the airline meets the heightened demand during the summer months.
The new flight YP102 will leave Seoul at 22:00 and arrive in Los Angeles in the aftern.
