Thursday, March 20, 2025 Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global powerhouse in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has forged a strategic five-year alliance with Air New Zealand to revamp the airline’s digital ecosystem. This collaboration is designed to elevate Air New Zealand’s technological infrastructure, integrating AI-driven innovation to optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and streamline critical functions such as fleet management, crew scheduling, and ground services. The agreement was officially announced at a signing event hosted at TCS’ Banyan Park Campus in Mumbai.
The momentous occasion was graced by distinguished leaders, including New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, Tata Group Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Air New Zealand CEO Greg Foran, and TCS CEO and Managing Director K. Krithivasan. The partnership aligns with Air New Zealand’s vision to become the most technologically advanced airline globally, leveraging next-generation digital capabilities to drive superior efficiency and passenger experiences.
This initiative further cements TCS’ long-standing presence in New Zealand, where the company has been a key player in digital transformation for nearly four decades.
