A Home Bargains shopper claims her hair has "never felt better" since trying a £2 shampoo. Posting on TikTok as @Jessmcg_, Jess revealed she's sworn by the beauty product ever since trying it out at the recommendation of a haircare expert, and she's never looked back. In fact, she's ditched her high-end shampoos in favour of the cheaper Dove alternative.
As highlighted in one of Jess's videos, she loves Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo. Stocking up on the £1.99 shampoo, Jess took viewers with her on her Home Bargains trip in a shopping vlog.
Jess told TikTok users: "Come along with me. We're going to need a trolley for this one because I'm not holding back. "I did actually need to grab a few bits I'd run out of, one of the things being this Dove shampoo.
I absolutely swear by it. Don't knock it till you've tried it." Jess explained that she saw the shampoo recommended by a trichologist (a hair and scalp health specialist) on TikTok.
"Since following her recommendations my hair has never felt better. I've ditched a lot of my high-end shampoos," she shared. The shopper added that she uses a clarifying shampoo once a week, and she also added a Pantene Keratin Shampoo to her basket.
