Elba Trading Co. (ETC). which specialises in fresh handmade pasta, has introduced a weekend brunch featuring a six-course authentic Italian dining experience.

The small restaurant has been open exclusively for dinner since its launch in December 2023, leading to a reputation for queues, so brunch will make reservations easier. “During the initial months, we focussed on perfecting the art of handmade pasta, ensuring consistency, and maintaining standards. Few months ago, we began offering private lunch services, and now, we are excited to launch Weekend Brunches at St.
