Late last year, Wynn Resorts, the leading gaming, hospitality and entertainment company, made history after securing the first commercial gaming license in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for its Wynn Al Marjan resort. While initially, the company confirmed that the resort would be the home of one casino, an executive suggested that there may be additional gaming areas.Wynn Al Marjan May Offer Two Separate Gaming SpacesLate in November, Wynn released an update for its Al Marjan hotel and casino resort, confirming that it is 55% complete.
The massive development, once completed, is expected to offer more than 1,500 hotel rooms.One of the resort’s centerpieces would be its casino, spanning 224,000 square feet. Further amenities will include nearly two dozen restaurants, dining outlets and lounges, as well as an entertainment venue with more than 900 seats.
However, according to newly released information, there may be additional gaming spaces at Wynn Al Marjan.That was confirmed by David Loiseau, Wynn Al Marjan’s VP of sales, who recently spoke at the Exotic Wedding Planning Conference taking place in Ras Al Khaimah, as reported by Skift. “There will be two or three areas when it comes to gaming,” the executive explained.
Loiseau hinted that a sky gaming casino may be built on the 22nd floor in addition to the main casino floor. He added that Wynn remains focused on ensuring that Wynn Al Marjan is a go-to entertainment venue.“We’ll have a sky gaming casino on the 22n.
