A road on the outskirts of Norwich is closing for £45,000 works next week. The full length of The Street, in Costessey, will be blocked for five days from Tuesday. This is while the carriageway surface is repaired.

Vehicles will instead be sent via West End, Taverham Lane, Sandy Lane, the A1067 and Costessey Lane. The work will cost £45,000 and is being carried out by Norfolk County Council's infrastructure department and its contractors.
