The comedian, 36, has teamed up with the supermarket to teach the Lions and Lionesses what he knows about nutrition in a series of comical videos. To try and inspire the nation who will be watching England play this summer, a documentary crew followed Jack starting his new role as a "Health and Nutrition Consultant" for the men’s and women’s football teams.

Entering the dressing room Jack, speaks with Lionesses Mary Earps , 32, Alessia Russo , 26, and Ella Toone , 25. From the men’s team there’s Declan Rice , 26, Jordan Pickford , 31, and Ollie Watkins , 29. Traveling to England’s training camp at St George’s Park, Jack spends the day educating the team about diet.

‘It’s all about putting the right fuel in the tank,’ Jack says. ‘I have a lot of methods I can use that I have picked up from around the world.
