The sprawling Cheshire mansion that Paddy McGuinness and his ex-wife Christine share has now been put up for sale. The former couple, who tied the knot back in June 2011, had still been living together in their plush Macclesfield home despite their split almost three years ago. Paddy, 51, and Christine, who turned 37 last week, announced they had decided to part ways in July 2022 after 11 years of marriage.
But the comedian and model remained living in their family home for the sake of co-parenting their children, twins Leo and Penelope, 11, and youngest daughter Felicity, eight. Despite their initial living arrangement, it appears as though the pair are now ready to live separately as their lavish seven-bed property was listed for sale on Rightmove on Tuesday (March 18). It is priced at a whopping £6.
5m. Paddy reportedly took ownership of the house after the divorce was settled, and after undergoing an extensive renovation whilst living there, he could make a staggering profit of £4.4 million if the house sells at its asking price, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Set on a private road, the home is described by estate agents Jackson-Stops as a "traditional-meets-modern voluminous home" which is "all about the family - but in an opulent way." Pictures from inside the home show its immaculate presentation, designed with a neutral-toned contemporary style with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and marble floors throughout. The property is entered through a grand ent.
