Hailey Bieber's beauty brand Rhode has been a viral sensation since its initial 2022 launch, and there's one product in particular that the brand is best known for. The Peptide Lip Treatment, priced at £18, is described as a 'nourishing treat for visibly plump, pillowy-soft lips', and the brand recently launched the Peptide Lip Tints for the same price, which provides colour as well as nourishment. The trending lip tint targets fine lines, dryness, and visible volume loss and shoppers have become hooked on applying its luxurious formula day and night.

Having tried it myself, I think it really is a product that's worth the hype, however the price tag isn't always justifiable. Enter Glow Hub's £8 Lip Slick collagen_up beauty balm , which costs £10 less, but promises many of the same benefits as Rhode's. Like it's premium counterpart, the Lip Slick is also peptide-infused and promises plumped, hydrated lips with a hint of colour.

After they've both been applied, they have a very similar feeling on the lips, but Rhode's has more of a 'glass' effect that's much more shiny and reflective. Both products contain peptide which helps to boost collagen production.
