A UK vlogger splashed out £75 on an incredibly expensive bunch of viral from Harrods and shared his verdict online. Carmie Sellitto took to Instagram with a reel showing him purchasing and sampling the luxury fruit, which came in at around 50 grapes for the hefty . The size of the green seedless grapes was the first thing that caught his attention, along with the high-end packaging you would expect from Harrods.
In his video, Sellitto exclaimed: "Trying the £75 grapes from Harrods and yes I can't believe it either. Let's get to it, £75 grapes. "These are massive and it has some Japanese writing that I can't read.
Woah the packaging is so sick. Why do I feel so nervous? Probably because one grape is £1.50.
It looks so strange." After tasting a grape, he expressed uncertainty about its worth: "I don't know how I feel about it. I don't know if it's worth £75.
" He showed the grape close to the camera, commenting: "Massive isn't it? It's like a mini apple. Tastes a bit like candyfloss. Mmm actually I think the first one I had was a little bit bad maybe.
" He also filmed two friends trying the costly grapes, with one saying: "It's actually really nice" and another calling it "interesting." Carmie's Instagram reel has proved to be a sensational hit, clocking up an impressive 1.9 million views, capturing 20,000 likes and sparking over 1,000 comments.
Social media users have voiced their astonishment at the extravagant price of grapes shown in the video. One user expressed disbeli.
