Critical Role, the Dungeons & Dragons show starring voice actors such as Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, and more, will bring its Campaign 3 to an end next week in a special eight-and-a-half hour stream. The episode will conclude the story of the adventuring party Bells Hells, which began all the way back in October 2021. While no direct spin-offs or follow-ups have been confirmed for their story so far, Critical Role has said more stories in the world of Exandria, in which all of its campaigns take place, will continue.

"This finale for Campaign 3 marks the end of one very epic chapter of Exandrian history," creative director and cast member Marisha Ray said. "But while we celebrate the end of this chapter, I think it’s important to know that the story continues with a simple turn of the page. I’m very excited to see what happens next in this story that remains to be written by the incredible emergent storytellers who are picking up the pen.

" Critical Role's regular scheduling isn't stopping despite the end of Campaign 3 either, as another spin-off Exandria Unlimited mini-series will debut its first of four episodes a week later on February 14. Myriad other shows and streams will likely take place afterwards. As for the next big adventure, Critical Role is yet to say when Campaign 4 will begin.

There are usually waits of a few months between campaigns, with the first Vox Machina series ending in October 2017 and the second Mighty Nein series starting in .
