A Llandudno bed and breakfast situated in one of the oldest villas in the seaside town has come on the market. Bay Court sits on North Parade, one of the earliest parts of the resort to be developed for the tourism trade. It is close to the famous Llandudno pier and highly rated on TripAdvisor.

The building itself is an impressive structure boasting numerous original features that the estate agent says "have been meticulously preserved by the current owner". The B&B has been put up for sale by the owners who are selling due to "family commitments". They have quadrupled turnover at the site over the last three years.
