Merging the exclusivity of residential living with the freedom of world cruising, Crescent Seas promises to reshape how affluent travelers experience long-term global exploration. The debut vessel in this bold initiative, The Navigator, is set to become the first ship in a series of luxury floating residences. This new model, designed for travelers who crave long, immersive journeys without sacrificing comfort or status, reflects a monumental shift in the cruise industry—bringing together yachting lifestyle appeal, global destination access, and residential ownership at sea.
The Navigator: A Flagship Vessel Transforming Residential Cruising Slated for its maiden voyage in December 2026, The Navigator will offer 210 luxury residences ranging from $750,000 to $8 million. According to Crescent Seas, this ship will undergo a $50 million high-end refurbishment led by three world-renowned design firms—Lissoni & Partners, Journey, and MAWD. Each firm will be responsible for bringing unique architectural, lifestyle, and experiential elements to the vessel, ensuring no detail is spared.
Crescent Seas’ partnership for The Navigator is secured with affiliates of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH), whose legacy and vessel management.
