Kim Kardashian dipped her toes in runway modeling during a recent Paris event , but didn't receive the positive reaction she was probably hoping for. The Los Angeles socialite walked in a Paris Balenciaga fashion show, wearing a slip-style white dress which featured skinny straps and a mid-calf hemline. The bodice was detailed with white lace as Kim showed off some shoulder by letting an oversized fur coat fall down around her back.
She accessorized with white pumps and layers of shining necklaces and earrings. The SKIMS founder, who was recently compared to Bianca Censori , wore her hair down as a chin-length bob, which was style into some extra volume that blocked off one of her eyes. Kim showed off a smokey eye look, but kept her foundation makeup base natural with light blush.
Her mother, Kris Jenner, shared the moment on Instagram and posted a few snaps of Kim's runway walk. She captioned the post, "Kim walking at Demna’s final show for Balenciaga today, their 2025 couture show at Paris Fashion Week Kim’s look was a stunning tribute to Elizabeth Taylor, and Kim is wearing Elizabeth’s personal diamond pendant earrings from Lorraine Schwartz’s private collection." While close friends of the Kardashians, like Hilaria Baldwin and Monica Denise, schlepped on the praise in the comment section, fans were less supportive.
"She was not meant to model," wrote one. Another added, "You gotta wonder, 'How much did she have to pay to be in that show?' —-Her shoes don’t fit.
