Cycling Tourism Festival to be held in Portugal city

Covilhã will host the 1993 – Serra da Estrela Cycling Festival from September 18th to 20th, which will focus on a bicycle ride to the summit of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, the main highlight of the event, the municipality announced.
