But what to make of former Married At First Sight participant Ben Walters who picked up on comments I made in a previous edition of this column, but has skewed them in an edit the producers of the hit show would be proud of. Walters made headlines after he posted the contract he signed to be on MAFS. Here is how I reported it at the time: The contract stipulates that Endemol Shine and Nine each have the right to take over and post to your Instagram account.
“You lose your social media, people!”, Ben exclaims. He also reveals contestants have little say over when and how they will appear on camera. “Photographing, filming and recording you, your actions, appearance and voice and sound effects at any time on a continuous basis,” he reads from the contract.
“What does this mean? It means the camera crew can come in at any bloo.
