A honeymoon trip to paradise turned into a nightmare for Christe Chen after her whirlwind romance met a deadly end. According to a report in Mirror, Christe Chen married Bradley Robert Dawson after a short 3-month whirlwind romance in February 2022. They settled into their newly purchased home in Memphis, Tennessee, anticipating their luxury honeymoon planned for later in the year.
Everything seemed like a fairytale romance till they embarked on their honeymoon to Fiji, a generous gift from Chen's parents in July 2022. They reserved a stay at the luxurious Turtle Island resort, situated on an exclusive private 500-acre island in the Yasawa archipelago. The secluded, adults-only hotel, costing $3,500 per night, only accommodates 14 couples at a time in villas, as per the report, and guests usually arrive by seaplane.

Both Chen and Dawson failed to show up for breakfast or lunch. When a staff member went to their villa in the afternoon, he came upon a chilling sight and saw Christe's lifeless body in the bathroom, collapsed in the small space between the toilet and the wall.
