A MYSTERIOUS monolith has reappeared near Las Vegas leaving cops baffled over where it came from. The eerie mirrored column was discovered along a popular hiking trail in Nevada by search and rescue teams four years after a similar one was spotted just minutes away during the Covid-19 pandemic. Creepy pictures of the tall slab of metal show it overlooking the rocky hills of Gass Peak.

Due to its mirrored and reflective look the monolith almost blends in perfectly to the rocky background. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) took to X to speak about the shocking find. They said: "We see a lot of weird things when people go hiking like not being prepared for the weather, not bringing enough water.
