These awards affirm its commitment to continually enhancing customer experiences both in-flight and on the ground. The awards were presented during events held alongside the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, attended by global industry leaders.
At the Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2024, Emirates was declared the ‘Best Airline Worldwide’ and received additional honors for ‘Best Premium Economy Class Airline’, ‘Best First Class Airline’, ‘Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East’, and ‘Best Frequent Flyer Programme’. The awards were accepted by Adil Al Ghaith, Emirates’ Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations in the Gulf, Middle East, and Central Asia, and Dr Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President of Skywards. In the World Travel Awards, Emirates won ‘Middle East’s Leading Airline 2024’, ‘Middle East’s Leading Airline – First Class 2024’, and ‘Middle East’s Leading Airline Rewards Programme 2024 – Skywards’.
