Chatteris has won gold at Britain in Bloom and Anglia in Bloom over recent years. Volunteers for Chatteris in Bloom hang flower displays in the town.

Under new council rules, volunteers will have to complete a £165 safety course or hire a contractor to install the displays. Grou.
