In a relationship, we all come with our set of needs, wants and expectations. Sometimes we also bring the burden of past trauma in our present relationship. Efforts and trust make a relationship healthy.

However, sometimes we may end up forming a pattern that can lead to breakup. Relationship Coach Marlena Tillhon shared a few tips.(Unsplash) While a relationship is the space for growing emotional intimacy and connection, it is not the emotional dumping ground where we can dump the difficult emotions.

But we should be cautious not to create an extremely negative environment for them. (Unsplash) We need to be mindful and considerate to our partner. Whatever we go through can affect them and make them feel bad.
